An Open Letter to the President of the United States

Dear Mr. President:

Many of us, including me, voted for you in the hope that you would act to remove the bi-partisan gang of war criminals which has controlled U.S. "foreign policy" for decades. We were therefore shocked and disappointed when you launched a completely unjustifiable attack on a Syrian air base.

You know, Mr. Trump, that it was not the Assad government that used chemicals in the attack used to justify that act of war against a sovereign nation that has not attacked us. This morning, FOXNEWS is reporting that "the White House" will act if there is a repeat of that totally fictional assault.

As one who supported your candidacy from the beginning, I urge you gain complete control of all U.S. military forces. Sadly, nothing has changed with respect to U.S.behavior in Syria since I wrote this letter to Secretary Ashton Carter in October of 2015.

I urge you to stop all U.S. acts of military agression around the world, prosecute the criminals responsible and bring our troops home before the war party succeeds in its effort to begin an even wider and more destructive war.

Thank you.
